These quick, sweet pull-apart treats use canned biscuit dough that’s dipped in butter and coated in a cinnamon–sugar mix—perfect for an easy breakfast or a simple dessert.

Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits

Ingredients (Biscuit Bites)

INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Refrigerated regular-size biscuits 1 tube
Butter 4 tablespoons
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon

Ingredients (Icing)

INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Confectioners’ sugar 1 cup
Milk 2–3 tablespoons
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Bite-Size Biscuits

Step 1: Prep & Preheat
Warm the oven to 375°F (190°C). Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter in a shallow microwave-safe dish at a lower power setting. In a second shallow bowl, stir together the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Generously coat an 8×8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2: Cut the Dough
Using kitchen shears, cut each biscuit into three small pieces. Spread the pieces out so they don’t clump together.

Step 3: Coat & Arrange
Dip each dough piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon–sugar mixture. Place the coated pieces evenly into the prepared pan, continuing until all dough is coated and arranged.

Step 4: Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops turn a rich golden brown. Allow them to cool briefly.

Step 5: Make & Add the Icing
Meanwhile, whisk together the 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 2–3 tablespoons milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites
