Attorney General Pam Bondi announced her historic win on social media after taking a major DEI case to the Supreme Court. The case centered around Trump’s refusal to pay for DEI training, which some woke activists argued was illegal. However, the Court sided with the president and the American people.
For context, Trump has long made it clear that he opposes racist DEI policies, which promote division and cost the taxpayers millions. With the help of cabinet members, such as Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and Pam Bondi, they have made ending these wasteful polices a priority.
Such was shown when Bondi took to X on April 4, 2025, to announce her victory over the woke mob. She said, “Today marks a significant victory for President Trump and the rule of law. This Supreme Court ruling vindicates what the Department of Justice has been arguing for months: local district judges do not have the jurisdiction to seize control of taxpayer dollars, force the government to pay out billions, or unilaterally halt President Trump’s policy agenda. Department of Justice attorneys will continue fighting to protect the executive branch from gross judicial overreach.”
In another social media post, the AG shared a clip from a recent appearance on Fox News, where host Shannon Bream asked her to provide details on the case. Introducing the segment, the FNC anchor said, “Friday night, five to four at the Supreme Court. You got a win with respect to cuts in the Department of Education, but the court did go against you on issues of foreign aid being paid out.”
Pivoting to a question, Bream asked, “How do you think these issues of executive power, when they get to the court, ultimately, on the merits, we’ll go because, you know, the court has told executives know when it comes to things like student loans or recess appointments?”
Responding confidently, the attorney general made it clear that ending DEI was a top priority for President Trump. She said, “This week, the Department of Justice won a major case at the Supreme Court that held that President Trump does not have to spend YOUR hard-earned tax dollars on DEI. We will continue to fight every day in court on behalf of the American people, and we will prevail.”
Building on that point, she explained how the DOJ will end these racist policies. She declared, “I think we’re going to be very successful on all these So, so the one you just brought up the DEI that was Department of Education. So we represent all the various agencies, and all of these 170 lawsuits have to do with all the agencies across the board.”
Concluding her remarks, the AG said this case was especially significant. Bondi said, “This particular one that was very important, because the court said that President Trump can control our town, where our tax dollars go and what they’re allocated for, and we do not have to spend them on Dei, and that’s what was happening. So the ramifications of that are huge for our country, and that impacts every single agency.”
