After caring for our newborn boy all day, I was fatigued. As usual, I figured my husband would help with dinner because I was feeding our kid. I promised to return, but when I got to the table, there was nothing left.
Although I tried to be calm, I was frustrated. Can he eat everything without saving me a bite? After a hard day of caring for our child, I was hungry and wanted to eat.
When I challenged him, he seemed astonished and apologized, stating he didn’t know I was hungry. In that moment, I just needed him to be considerate and proactive.
