My Sister Grabbed My Six-Year-Old Daughter by the Hair and Smashed Her Face Into My Parents’ Kitchen Table Over One Bite of Chocolate Cake. New York Dems Caught Trying to Use Taxpayer Dollars to Save Letitia James as FBI Takes Her Down

Taxpayers may be on the hook for New York Attorney General Letitia James’ legal bills after cynical politicians slipped a loophole into the most recent state budget. New York Democrats are expected to sign off on a provision allowing certain officials to tap into a $10 million fund to cover “any reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred,” even for charges unrelated to their employment.

For context, Letitia James was one of the key figures in the lawfare campaign against Donald Trump, having tried to fine him nearly $500 million in an apparent political witch hunt. The woke New York Democrat ironically claimed Trump falsified the valuation of his assets while applying for a loan, which was fully repaid.

Speaking to the New York Post, New York Republican State Committee Chairman Ed Cox slammed the woke AG for her actions. He stated, “This is what corruption looks like in plain sight: political insiders rigging the system to protect their own, while hardworking families get shortchanged,” adding, “Tish James used her office to wage partisan lawfare against her political opponents, and now New Yorkers are footing the bill for the consequences.”

As we reported, Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William Pulte initially suggested charges against NY AG James in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy AG Todd Blanche. He wrote, “Pursuant to my authority as Director of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency (“U.S. Federal Housing” or “FHFA”), I am referring the matter below.”

Continuing his condemnation, he wrote, “As regulator of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks, we take very seriously allegations of mortgage fraud or other criminal activity. Such misconduct jeopardizes the safety and soundness of FHFA’s regulated entities and the security and stability of the U.S. mortgage market.”

Concluding his statement, Pulte went into the details of the case. He declared, “Based on media reports, Ms. Letitia James has, in multiple instances, falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms. This has potentially included 1) falsifying residence status for a Norfolk, Virginia-based home in order to secure a lower mortgage rate and 2) misrepresenting property descriptions to meet stringent requirements for government backed loans and government assistance.”

Continuing the wave of damning evidence, White House spokesman Harrison Fields use NY AG James’s infamous “no one is above the law” line against her, to show her blatant hypocicy. He explained, “With the Democratic Party, they love to throw stones in glass homes when they realize that they’re committing the crimes that they’re actually trying to go against.”

Demolishing the Anti-Trump AG, he added, “So, this is now a criminal referral that the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi will have to look at. The allegations from the FHFA are very serious. We’re going to look at them, and no one is above the law.”

Concluding, Fields said, “And Tish James, she’d like to say that about the president, but she should look in the mirror and realize that if you have skeletons in your closets about abusing the law and doing illegal things, maybe you shouldn’t be purveying around like some justice queen, because you’re not.”
