Smoked paprika (optional) ½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Cream cheese (softened) 8 oz
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Eggs 2 large
Provolone cheese (shredded) 1 cup

🍳 Directions

1. Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

2. Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef or shaved steak until browned and no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Sauté Vegetables:
To the same skillet, add the onionbell peppersmushrooms, and garlic. Sauté for about 5–6 minutes, until veggies are softened. Stir in saltpeppersmoked paprika (if using), and Worcestershire sauce.

4. Layer the Filling:
Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the bottom of your prepared baking dish.

5. Mix the Creamy Topping:
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheesemayonnaise, and eggs until smooth and fully combined.

6. Assemble the Casserole:
Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the meat and veggies. Sprinkle the top with the provolone and mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake to Perfection:
Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

8. Rest & Serve:
